Intermediate / Expert
In our Monday morning flow practice, we combine a mindful Vinyasa flow with some more challenging poses in backbends and the occasional inversion.
Beginner / Intermediate
In our Tuesday evening class, we create body awareness by combining our movements with our breathing. We gently increase flexibility and work on our breath awareness. This is a restful practice of Yoga with lots of stretches, twists and easier standing poses. You will leave this class relaxed and energized.
In our Thursday evening class, we focus on our breath, build strength with movement, and allow our bodies to relax and release fully into the Yoga poses.
In our Friday morning class, we use a lot of props to comfortably get and/or stay in our poses longer to release tension from habitual patterns our bodies have formed during our lifetime.
Yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs
Private Sessions are a great way to get your weekly Yoga practice in if the group class times do not fit your personal schedule and/or if you have specific conditions, e.g. Back Pain, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Pregnancy etc.
