WHY YOGA FOR SCOLIOSIS

When doing yoga you want to make sure you align your spine based on your particular curve pattern.


In our classes, we make sure you move into your yoga poses exactly the way your back needs.

REALIGN YOUR POSTURE

In our classes for people with Scoliosis (sideways curve of the spine), we work on lengthening the spine and strengthening supporting muscles in the back and legs. We will also realign posture and find the body's center when standing in daily life and practicing yoga poses. 

CLASSES

Group classes are held every Monday from 12 to 1:15 PM at The Yoga and Movement Center in Walnut Creek.
