When doing yoga you want to make sure you align your spine based on your particular curve pattern.
In our classes, we make sure you move into your yoga poses exactly the way your back needs.
In our classes for people with Scoliosis (sideways curve of the spine), we work on lengthening the spine and strengthening supporting muscles in the back and legs. We will also realign posture and find the body's center when standing in daily life and practicing yoga poses.
Group classes are held every Friday from 11:30 to 12:30am via Zoom. Sign up for your virtual Yoga for Scoliosis here.
It is recommended to have an initial one on one meeting to find out your exact curve pattern. These meetings can be done via Zoom or in a private outdoor setting.
